The neighborhoods of Old Town, Park Meadows, Thaynes Canyon, and Lower Deer Valley saw a significant increase in median single family home sales price over the last 12 months. Additionally, while quantity of condominiums sold remains consistent, there was a significant increase in quantity sold in Empire Pass. A large increase in median sales price in Park Meadows indicates scarcity in condominium product in this desirable area. Vacant land sales saw a 39% increase in total quantity sold and a 50% increase in dollar volume sold.
