Park City Proper saw an increase in the number of
higher-end condominiums sold in Old Town and
Empire Pass which increased average and median
sales prices compared to the third quarter of 2016.
Takeaway: Throughout Park City Proper, there’s been an increase of approximately 27% in the number of single family homes sold and an approximate
increase of 40% in the number of condominiums sold compared to this time last year. Notably, there was a significant increase in the number of single
family homes sold in Old Town, condominiums in Prospector, and a 5x increase in number of condominiums sold in Deer Valley. Specifically, Park
City Proper saw an increase in condominiums sold over $2 million in Old Town and Empire Pass which increased average and median sales prices
compared to the third quarter of 2016. Park City Proper continues to be a desirable and competitive market across all property types.
