Aura Pernel-Jhangiani is a 33-year-old expat woman from France.
Having lost 17 kilos, she is living proof of the latest fitness concept that
she’s bringing to the fast growing and popular seaside town of Hua Hin.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO LAUNCH
SLIMHER?
Four years ago, I saw a picture of myself in a bikini. From that day, I made
new priorities in my life. I started
to eat more healthily, and I worked
out regularly. The new lifestyle made
me lose over 17 kilos, which I have maintained to this day!
WHAT MAKES THE SLIMHER
CONCEPT DIFFERENT FROM
OTHER FITNESS OPTIONS?
SLIMher is a concept originally
from the USA. The first gym of its
kind dedicated to women, SLIMher
members can share their stories,
go the gym with friends, swap
recipes, challenge themselves,
lose weight, and enjoy a healthier
lifestyle. By bringing this circuit
training concept to Hua Hin, my goal
is to inspire women with my own
experience. If I can do it, so can you!
HOW DOES HUA HIN FIT IN WITH
THE SLIMHER PROFILE?
I searched for the perfect place to launch
SLIMher in Thailand, and I believe
Hua Hin is it. It is known to be a relaxed seaside town, but this is changing. I couldn’t find a fitness venue
in Hua Hin that met my needs, so I created SLIMher—an environment where
women feel comfortable and safe.

ABOUT THE 30-MINUTE CIRCUIT
TRAINING?
The circuit training is perfect for those
who are short on time or who tend
to get bored during workouts. This
training features ten different machines, which will work every part
of your body. You move from machine
to recovery station every 30 to 40 seconds and complete the circuit
in two rounds. The machines are varied
and are designed to work intensity
to build muscle definition and improve
endurance. Depending on your metabolism, you can burn up to 500 calories
in one 30-minute session.
We also offer nutrition plans, detox
plans, and weight loss challenges.
We will teach you how to create
a healthy lifestyle, and we will follow-up and monitor every month
without additional fees.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
TO GET RESULTS?
We recommend visiting SLIMher
gym at least three times a week.
Depending on your metabolism,
you can expect to see and feel changes in yourself in a few weeks and especially after 10 to 12 weeks of dedicated
training.
