The circuit training is perfect for those who are short on time or who tend to get bored during workouts. This training features ten different machines, which will work every part of your body. You move from machine to recovery station every 30 to 40 seconds and complete the circuit in two rounds. The machines are varied and are designed to work intensity to build muscle definition and improve endurance. Depending on your metabolism, you can burn up to 500 calories in one 30-minute session. We also offer nutrition plans, detox plans, and weight loss challenges. We will teach you how to create a healthy lifestyle, and we will follow-up and monitor every month without additional fees.
