The great thing about roller
derby as a fitness activity is that
it feels like play rather than
exercise. Team camaraderie
is fantastic and the sense of
community is often a reason
people fall in love with the sport
initially. Roller derby is a cardio
workout that you’ll feel in your
butt, legs and core. You’ll develop
endurance, coordination
and confidence, as well as a whole
new set of friends!

sessions are held every Tuesday,
