Whatever you're doing, I can guarantee you'll be having fun. The great thing about roller derby as a fitness activity is that it feels like play rather than exercise. Team camaraderie is fantastic and the sense of community is often a reason people fall in love with the sport initially. Roller derby is a cardio workout that you’ll feel in your butt, legs and core.
