The Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club’s Treetops to Rooftops 5K course is open for 1 hour.
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR RACE

PARKING AND SHUTTLE TO THE START OF THE RACE IS LOCATED AT:
Ocean State Job Lot

Poughkeepsie NY 12601
5K athletes can park at designated lots on parking map found on pg. 35. SPECTATORS
WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE SHUTTLE BUS TO THE STARTING LINE.
All the 5K runners who are getting dropped off or picked up by friends and famiy, will be
able to do so at the Ocean State Job Lot parking lot.
RACE BIB PICK UP HELD AT HEALTH & WELLNESS EXPO
AT MID-HUDSON CIVIC CENTER
For those who made previous arrangements and paid the additional fee for day-of race bib
pick-up, please see details below for pick up:
Bib pick-up will be held at the Ocean State Job Lot parking area prior to the race.
Please allow enough time for pick up of your race bib and shuttle transportation to
the starting line.

PLEASE NOTE: After-Race Shuttle Pick-up is available from the Marist
Waterfront and will only return to designated parking areas.

**There will be no shuttle service provided to Walkway’s Western
Approach (87 Haviland Road, Highland NY 12528) after the race.
