HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RIDERS 11 & UNDER AND RECOMMENDED FOR ALL YOUTH ALL horses must be inspected by DQP Every entry shall constitute an agreement that the person making it, owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, exhibitor, and the horse shall be subject to the bylaws and the Rules of WHOA, an WHOA Rulebook and the local rules of the show. Further it shall constitute a declaration that the horse and/or exhibitor is eligible as entered and the that the owner and all of its representatives are bound by the bylaws and Rules of WHOA, the WHOA Rulebook and the show and accept as final the decision of the Hearing Committee, or WHOA as the case may be, on any question arising under said bylaws and Rules, and agree to hold the show, WHOA, their officials, directors and employees harmless for any action taken. 20 • Walking On
