The 2018 International will take place at the Miller Coli- seum in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. WHOA has been engaged in discussions with the USDA for over 18 months in regards to saddles in the inspection area. Our members continually expressed the challenges involved in meeting the requirements of this rule.
