Service Horse Skills
Tested At International
A Service Horse competition was held at this year’s
International. It took place on Saturday, August 2, and
featured four classes; Patrol Ride, Tandem Obstacle
Course, Novice Single Person Obstacle Course, and Open
Single Person Obstacle Course. The event was free to
enter and open to any service horse or potential service
horse. Turnout was impressive with Tennessee Walking
Horses, Spotted Saddle Horses, and Missouri Fox Trotters
represented. Hats off to everyone who participated.
