Quartz Tanks
We provide a wide variety of Wet Etch and Ultra Sonic Tanks from plate or
molded quartz for Spec™. Each Tank is custom configured to your exact specifications. We have over 30 years experience in the industry, and promise to
deliver fire polished or MCT (Mechanical Chemical Treated) treated quality
quartz products by annealing all products prior to shipment and delivery.
Typically grade GE124 quartz is utilized for our fabricated Quartz Tanks

Quartz Carriers
We carry a large variety of vertical and horizontal wafer carriers to hold from
75mm to 300mm diameter wafers. We also can build wafer carriers for odd diameter wafers and square wafers. All Quartz Wafer carriers are built to your exact
specifications. With over 30 years in the industry, We guarantee quality quartz
products by annealing all products prior to shipment. Quartz carriers are available in Clear Fuse Quartz or MCT(Mechanical Chemical Treated) Treated. Opaque
Rod for Anti-Light Piping. Quartz Wafer Carriers are available in Round Rod or
Square Rod
Quartz Ampoules & Plugs
Customized Quartz Ampoules / Quartz Plugs for for the processing of
sensors and infrared glass used in the Optics industry. Custom fabrication capabilities from 3mm up to 300mm. All sizes and lengths available to meet your industry needs. The Ampoules & Plugs can range
from 1mm-6mm in Wall Thickness depending on the required application.
