25 wafer cassette onto a lift block that raises the wafer at 1/4” increments for visual inspection.

Manual Single Wafer Presenter
The Manual single wafer presenter lifts a desired wafer by use of an anodized aluminum
arm with Ultem wafer holder for individual inspection. The manual lift feature is controlled
by stainless left handles and index arms combined with anodized aluminum and clean
room grade bearing slide for smooth operation and long life.

for visual inspection. The wafer selection is made by moving the selector knob to the specific wafer they would like to inspect. These systems are primarily used in Photo, Etch CVD
