Automatic Flat Aligner
The automatic wafer flat finder automatically aligns 25 wafers in a cassette. This easy to
operate system aligns wafers in an up/down configuration with a set roller speed to reduce
particulate generation. An optional 16 position switch is also available to accommodate 0,
3, 6, 45, 90, 135, 174, 177, 180, 225, 270, 315, 354 and 357 degrees. This product can also accommodate multiple Plastic, Teflon and metal carriers, and include boat positioning blocks
to ensure proper alignment. The roller wheels are also available in different types of material coatings.
