Mobile Reticle/Photomask Storage Cabinets
These mobile storage system allows you to safely and securely
store and organize literally hundreds of reticle or photomask
cassettes in a particle-free environment. We offer optional filter/blower systems that can placed beneath cleanroom ceiling filters to provide continuous laminar flow of particle-free
air. We offer our reticle/photomask storage cabinets in several
configurations for secure vertical or horizontal reticle placement. Ultra-clean materials ensure non contaminating storage
environment and optimal storage densities conserve valuable
cleanroom floor space. These cabinets are designed specifically to meet the storage requirements of all particle-sensitive
photomasks and reticles.
