All wafers are scanned to determine wafer positions prior to operation. This information is then relayed to the software for the
operator to control. User may then determine what mode to utilize for desired purpose.
Once a wafer is selected, the corresponding selection is removed from the boat and safely transported to the microscope for immediate inspection.
Once located on the microscope tray the operator can inspect
the wafer and choose to pass or fail the wafer. Once completed
the wafer is then removed from the Chuck and placed back in
the corresponding wafer boat slot.
