G2 Automated Technologies advanced furnace loader eliminates costly errors when transferring quartz boats
to horizontal furnaces. The furnace elevator allows the operator to safely place the SiC or Quartz on to a loading
stage at a ergonomic height. Once the operator has placed the boats on the loading stage, they then press a
button to raise the stage to the appropriate tube level. They would then load the furnace paddle from the stage.
The system allows for up to (9) boats to be loaded at once, saving time and minimizing loss. Installation on the
ERGO Lift System is fast and easy. It takes approximately 1 hour to fully install the unit, and no alignment is necessary. The unit is as simple as “Plug-and-Play”.
