VPHS as leaders of our school and that it is as much fun and as successful for them as it was for us. I hope that they make the most out of the privilege that has been given to them and we wish them good luck for their Matric year ahead. The last Sub- Committee is the Grade 8 team (led by Claire Timms) who made sure that the Grade 8’s fitted into the school and had people to talk to if they ever had any questions. The 2014 councillors were fantastic as a team. We made sure that we stuck together throughout the entire year and the absence of major problems is testimony to this unity. I cannot thank the councillors more for the way that they have represented themselves to the school. There were some great stories that were told in the councillor room and there were laughs that will leave us with memories that we will never forget. I have had the privilege of working with an absolutely superb group of people and special mention must go to Daniella Patsalos, Petra Djuza and Pierre Durandt. It is an honour to have worked with such intelligent, versatile and passionate friends (and family) who have always given of their best to serve Victoria Park. I wish all the councillors of 2014 success in the future and thank them for their unbelievable service to our school! Initiation of the new councillors was a long awaited event and the new councillors handled it well and in good spirit. We hope that they enjoy their time Dario Patsalos Late-Comers Committee Back Row: Shaun Jacobson, Enathi Mpongoshe, Duncan du Preez, Tristan van den Berg, Stephen Kirton, Dillion Davids, Middle Row: Kym Snuggs; Moremong Thebe; Axel Akeer; Phelokazi Frans, Wakhiwe Mfazwe, Taryn Meyer, Front Row: Jodie Small; Maxine Roelofse; Siphesihle Sideba; Mr Welsh; Darielle Julius; Courtney Lewis; Babalwa Zokoza 88
