Welcome Message for the 3rd VPHCAP

Welcome to the 3rd V-Community! This issue presents many interesting activities we organized in past few months including the OIE Veterinary Educational Twinning Program 2015 with University of Minnesota (UMN) that gave us opportunity to exchange and spend time in the USA veterinary filed work.
Our 6th batch MVPH just finished their projects. We are sad to say goodbye but party must come to an end. Now we are ready for the new batch! It is the 7th batch of MVPH that will be conducted in January 2016. With 12 years of experience, this can be assured that lots of consisting modules will build up your VPH compe-tencies more and more. If you are interested in our 7th MVPH, please find how to process inside. We keep moving forward!
