There were almost 40 participants in the first week and 20 participants in the 2nd and 3rd week who were graduate and doctoral-level students, professional and young scientists including governments, universities and private sectors from 8 countries; Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indo-nesia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, USA and Vietnam.
