Veterinary Public Health Centre for Asia Pacific (VPHCAP) in collaboration with the OIE Collaborating Centre for Capacity Building in Veterinary Services, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University and Faculty of Agriculture, National University of Laos, The Lao People’s Democratic Republic have conducted "Quality Control and Safety in Food from Animal Origin Workshop" during 25 – 29 June 2019 at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University. This workshop encourages awareness of standard of food production from farm to consumer. In this workshop, it's a good opportunity for us and Lao's colleagues to exchange knowledge of food quality control and get hands-on experience through practice.
