Vorys Diversity & Inclusion Committee
Vorys Diversity & Inclusion Committee is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to fulfill the
firm’s diversity and inclusion mission, notably to attract, retain and advance diverse talent while promoting an
inclusive, authentic culture for all. Formerly known as the Diversity Committee, the committee’s name was
changed in 2018 to reflect the critical importance of meaningful inclusion to the overall advancement of the firm’s
core values.
The committee is comprised of representatives from across our offices and is represented on the firm’s management committee.
