Purpose Driven Diversity & Inclusion Diversity and inclusion are core values at Vorys - unwavering guides as we seek to collectively and positively impact our culture and the clients and communities we serve. We know that our core values are sustained and strengthened over time when they are nurtured by active and purposeful management. We ensure that they remain priorities and fundamental drivers in our business decisions, collaborations with clients and colleagues, and contributions to our communities. We recognize and value that an inclusive culture and diversity of perspective and talent enhances our ability to help clients achieve their goals and creates an atmosphere where our people thrive. As Vorys’ managing partner, I, along with my partners and the entire Vorys family, will continue to honor diversity and inclusion as essential tenets of our firm’s history and our firm’s future; and we will continue to build upon, invest in and nurture an inclusive and diverse culture for the collective good. We recognize this is a continual process and we are committed to staying the course (and making course corrections where appropriate).
