Vorys attended the Annual Asian Pacific American
Law Students Association (APALSA) Banquet
at the Barrister Club. APALSA is an organization
at OSU which provides social and professional
networking for law students who are part of or
have an interest in the Asian Pacific American
legal community.
Vorys summer associates and partner Heather
Kabele participated in the 2018 BP Legal Summer
Associate program in Houston. BP Legal hosted this
unique, all-day event exclusively for its core counsel
law firm’s diverse summer associates with the goal
of providing valuable insights into the roles and
responsibilities of in-house counsel. The summer
associates also learned how law firm attorneys
successfully interact with their corporate and in-
house counsel clients. This was an exceptional
opportunity for our summer associates to get an
up close and personal look at a corporate legal
department and to build meaningful relationships in
the process.
