Vorys Women’s Network Mission
The mission of the Vorys Women’s Network is to promote the
development, retention and advancement of women at the firm
in support of the firm’s strategic goals and core values.
The Vorys Women’s Network supports and promotes the
core values of our firm, including teamwork, excellence and
diversity and inclusion.
• The Vorys Women’s Network seeks to promote excellence at the firm by reducing or eliminating
barriers to opportunities for women, which allows the best and brightest talent to rise to the top.
• The Vorys Women’s Network helps to create a culture in which we leverage the talents and
potential of the entire Vorys family to contribute to the overall success of the firm and in which
gender is not determinative of success.
The Vorys Women’s Network has two primary functions:

• Educating and promoting dialogue among colleagues, firm leadership, clients and our
communities around the business need for, and the firm’s commitment to, gender equity
• Promoting philanthropic support by the firm of non-profit organizations that align with the
mission of the Vorys Women’s Network
Affinity - creating opportunities for Vorys women to develop and expand their networks by
building relationships with their colleagues, firm leadership, clients and community leaders
through events and networking opportunities, and providing meaningful career and personal
development programming for our lawyers.
