LaShoun Sanders is a highly experienced Sr . Clinical Research Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry . She is skilled in Electronic Data Capture ( EDC ), Institutional Review Board ( IRB ), FDA GMP , Clinical Monitoring , Good Clinical Practice ( GCP ), and Trial Master File ( TMF ). LaShoun is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science – BS focused in Health Care Management from American InterContinental University .
LaShoun plays a key role in site management , ensuring significant emphasis is placed on patient safety and data integrity .
LaShoun always maintains an organized environment and approaches opportunities and challenges with optimism and confidence . She has been a prominent voice when dealing with a variation of complex studies . Her expertise is within clinical research studies and has experience with a broad range of therapeutic areas .
What would you define as a Woman Warrior ? A Woman Warrior is defined to me as a Woman with purveyor of creative thinking , dreaming , and realization . A woman with a radiant personality and a bubbly demeanor . Known for lighting the fire in women , through Women Empowerment . She has a proven track-record in expertly supporting , facilitating , motivating , and helping women to achieve confidence , improve relationships , cultivate a positive self-image , and overcome emotional obstacles .
What Obstacles did you overcome to get to where you are today ? After a serious car accident in July 2016 , LaShoun discovered her purpose . Her incident prompted her to re-design her life and begin to truly share her God-given gift with the World . With this mindset , she adopted the analogy “ rebuilding a house requires a blueprint .” She realized that a re-designing of her life required a blueprint .
What inspired you to become the woman that you are today ? The loss of my father at a young age and being gifted with strong hardworking women in my life like my grandmothers , mother , aunts , and sisters inspired me to push forward with faith and ambition to achieve my next level of success .
What are your current endeavors and future goals ? As the Founder of Clintheory Healthcare , an Independent Research Center within Central Florida , South Florida , and Atlanta . I am leading multi-therapeutic clinical trials and COVID-19 Vaccine and Treatment clinical trials within our Independent Clinical Research Centers . A Woman-Owned Managing Director of Central Florida only COVID-19 dedicated Independent Medical Research Out-patient Center . My future goal is to lead a Site Network Organization contributing to a diverse patient participation in clinical research trials while moving medicine forward through clinical research .
What word of advice would you like to share ? I encourage women to tap into their natural ingenuity , make your next level of success a personal mission while igniting confidence , purpose , and strength in your daily life . n
