hen I developed IBA Success Magazine , my intention was to empower , educate and promote businesses and individuals world-wide . Those goals , through this publication , allow me to continuously share a piece of my heart . Nearly , seven years later I have accomplished , maintained and continue to expand on these goals . Recently when having a conversation with a friend , the question was presented , “ What ’ s next for Jennifer Yon ?” This one question represents the foundation of this edition- The Development Edition .

So what ’ s next for me ? I choose to work on myself and execute a strategic plan that will increase my value personally and professionally . What does that mean in layman ’ s terms ? For me , I am dedicated to taking my oxygen first . True development must first be achieved personally . I am dedicated to taking care of myself inside and out .

Business and caretaking for others has always been my priority . I am blessed to have been positioned in a way that has afforded me successful opportunities . I have endured many things , had many losses , and gains and through it all my focus was always on the other person or project . So as I enter the last quarter of 2020 and the next chapter of my life , my goal is to develop more personally by standing up for my life .

Standing up for my life to me means developing the courage , confidence and strong character to fulfill my greatest potential , which means eliminating negative energy and excuses . Life has thrown many curve balls in my direction . Each time , I realize that if I don ’ t prepare for the worst , I will never experience the best . Therefore , as I present the development edition , I am focused on the journey ahead , understanding there will be pitfalls along the way from which I am thankful for each lesson . For my readers and advertisers , I hope that this edition inspires you to place value on your journey so that the road to your success is paved smoothly .
