success, not only for the data we obtained, but also through the friendships we gained and the trust we built by helping out our fellow fishermen. Our members removed 27 grass carp throughout the day and into the night.

Thankfully the Mount St. Helens Bass Club was willing to ask for a little help, giving us bowfishers the opportunity to do what we do best…remove invasive fish. The WBA is now considered a conser-vation tool by the WDFW and we are in the process of organizing, with the aforementioned parties, a grass carp tournament on Silver Lake, tentatively scheduled for March 28, 2015.

As I said earlier, everyone needs a little help from time to time and we appreciate the Mount St. Helens Bass Club for thinking of us.
