Any current 7th grade VOL student or 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th grade Catholic high school student (who is a VOL alum and attending a Catholic high school next year) is eligible to apply. Criteria are established on the application. Applications can be found in the vestibule of church or on our website at vol.org. PURPOSE & BASIS OF AWARD The members of the VOL Men’s Club recognize the value and importance of a Catholic high school education for the alumni of VOL School. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide scholarship recipients with assistance for a portion of high school tuition expenses at Catholic high schools, and to encourage active participation in service to the Catholic Church, Catholic schools and charitable causes. The VOL Men’s Club is based on the principles of service to the Catholic Church, VOL school, charities and our local community. We require that our award recipients exhibit the same characteristics of service as our club. If you would like to contribute to the Scholarship Fund, please contact the Pastoral Center.
