Hurricane Prayer
Our Father in Heaven,
through
the
powerful
intercession of Our Lady of
Prompt Succor and Saint Jude,
spare us from all harm during this hurricane season, and
protect us and our homes from all disasters of nature. Our
Lady of Prompt Succor and Saint Jude hasten to help us.
We ask this through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
MONTH 5 – Developing Baby
Spiritual Adoption Program
Your spiritually adopted baby weighs
over one pound now. His/her mother
can feel his/her movement now. Before he/she was too
small for her to feel. Although he/she swam with ease in his
watery world, he/she needed to be big and strong enough to
kick hard against the outside wall and dent it - - the inside
wall of the uterus has no feeling. We are mid-way through
the pregnancy now. Your prayers have helped your baby’s
mother continue with her pregnancy and seek the help she
needs.

Youth in grades 5 – 7 are invited to attend meetings the
second Saturday of each month in the youth room.
Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8 p.m.
Teens in grades 8 – 12 are invited to attend CYO
meetings the 4th Saturday of every month in the youth
room. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8 p.m.

to spare the life of the unborn baby that I have spiritually
adopted who is in danger of abortion.

During the nine month Spiritual Adoption campaign, the
development of the pre-born child will be displayed in the
vestibule of the church. Please remember to pray daily for
your Spiritual Adopted Baby and the baby’s mother and father.
Baptism Seminar Date Change
PLEASE NOTE: The July Baptism Seminar will be
pushed back a week due to the Fourth of July holiday.
The seminar will be held Tuesday, July 11th. Parents
wishing to baptize their child MUST attend a baptism
seminar. Godparents are required to attend as well.
There is no fee for the seminar; however, registration is
required. Contact the Pastoral Center to register.
