Iowa

The bill to allow bowfishing for catfish faced steep opposition and was withdrawn from consideration in 2015, but members of the Bowfishing Association of Iowa (BAI) are hoping it will resurface in 2016. Sign their Petition

Minnesota

There are possession restrictions on certain rough fish species in Minnesots:

Possession limit is 50 suckers, 50 redhorse, and 100 bullheads. There is no limit on the other rough fish.
