In the first weigh-in period at 1opm Chas Higdon hauled in the largest carp of the tournament at 33.30 pounds, while teammate Trent Green took 2nd with a 28.66 pound fish.
Chas followed up on his 1st round success by winning a new Oneida Osprey bow during the 1am weigh-in period with a fish weighing 30.07 pounds.
Teammate Daegan Phillips also won the 4am weigh-in slot with a 30.10 pound slob. Their hours of preparation paid off big time. This team was on fire!
What are they going to do with all of their winnings you may be wondering? Well, funding trips to more tournaments of course.
Team Lethal Injection will be participating in the US Open in Springfield, MO, as well as the BAA World Bowfishing Champion-ship in Prairie du Chien, WI this year.

According to Bryan Hughes, tournament director and owner of Backwater Outdoors, “The whole weekend and event went absolutely great! Outside of some rain that hampered our Meet and Greet activities, as well as the awards ceremony, it could not have been a better week-end!”
