There are a lot of scams out there. There is a lot of fishing, a lot of theft, and that’s why we’re working with re- gulators to control the situation. At the end of the day, the regulators are, at least the regulators we’re working with, only worried about one thing: How do you protect investors. It’s crucial. I read a report recently that says that 80 percent of the ICOs in 2017 were scams. I’m not sure I buy that. We know there were a lot of scams, much more than there should be, and we have to be careful. We have to create this innovation in a way that is positive for our society, positive for investors, and positive for contributors. Again, it’s not black and white. There are projects that need security laws, and there are projects that can be utilities. It’s not a bad thing, but you have to apply the right tool for the right job. So that’s all we’re saying. We’re pragmatic and at the same time we want change. That’s important be- cause, we are entering a new wave. You have, like me, lived through the early days of the internet. I’m 41, and missed the early stage of the Internet. I think David was the world’s first web designer, in 1993 or 1994, and was te- aching companies about HTML and so on in San Francisco... „What is this thing called internet?”. At that time, there was this wave of new things, and it’s the same now with decentralization, and with Blockchain. We’re really entering the second pha- se of the Internet. The first phase was all about the exchange of information, and now we’re entering the exchange of value.
