Rangers Football Club
The Kempsey Macleay RSL Club has recently become a major sponsor for the Macleay Valley
Rangers F.C (soccer), to support their club and players who are a part of our local community.
How has the collaboration between KMRSL and the MV Rangers supported your club?
Dean Riordan - It’s huge. Having the club as a major sponsor gives the MV Rangers a home base.
We will hold our meetings, social events and presentations here which we are thrilled about!
Financially it helps us “kit the kids” with a uniform and
gear. Our soccer club is the only club in Macleay Valley
that maintains its own grounds. This means we need to
mow, line mark, put up the nets and lighting and all the
assistance we receive from our sponsors goes straight
back into the club and our players!
We are also looking forward to utilising the Kempsey
Macleay Bowling and Sports Club for social events as it
has a great sense of character and appeal for our teams
to bond, have some fun and fundraise for our club.
