extraordinary impact they had on schools, teachers
and students.
How do you understand the meaning of the
proposal for a "European Development Plan" and a
mobility project for the whole school staff (the
cornerstone of the Key-Action 1 Erasmus+), if you
do not recognize in the unity of the design and in
the sharing of experiences two of the key points of
every school institution?
This explains why, then, eTwinning is considered a
strategic and essential action within KA1: it is not
just “register on eTwinning to access the "dealing
room" of the partners” (as some unwary still dares
to say: "If you sign up for eTwinning you get more
points in order to have your project approved"...).
Little by little, from the first very simple projects we
started to broaden our horizon, to think about
broader collaborations, to get involved in new
adventures.
This is the way we began to run so many bilateral
and multilateral Comenius partnerships, many of
whom saw their own birthplace in eTwinning, where
we began to contact other European teachers. The
TwinSpace platform quickly became the unique and
privileged space where we gathered all participants
to meet and work actively in all phases of the
project
