Cabin Control: Mode AUTO and GRD set Flight Altitude, Cabin Altitude and Land Altitude to 0.

APU: Off.

Engine Start: Both Off.

External Lights: All except Logo, position and wheel off.

Auto Throttle ARM: Off.

L and R Flight Director: Off.

Altitude: Set 10000.

Flaps: Up.

Gear: Down.

Auto Brake: Off.

WX Radar: Off.

Speed Brake: Retracted.

Parking Brake: On (minimum 1000 psi)

TCAS: TA/RA

FMC Setup:

POS INIT: Set IRS Position.

Route Page 1: Enter origin, destination and flight number.

Route Page 2: Enter Planned route waypoints, enter departure and arrival procedures and verify route (legs, step)

Short Turnaround (do long first):

Fuel Pumps: One ON and other off.

APU: Start (hold 1 second)

L and R APU Generator Bus: On (maximum 150a)

Ground Power: Off.

Hydraulic Pumps: (All on +88% qty, minimum 3000 psi)

Bleed Valve: L, R and APU on.

Pushback:

Fuel Pumps: All on.

Cabin Signs: On

Window Heat: All on.

MCP: Set IAS, Heading, Altitude. Set Land R flight directors on, verify FD mode. SET NAVAIDs as needed for departure.

Flight Instruments: Set QNH, Set V speed bugs.

WX Radar: On.

EFIS Panel: Set DH 200.

Set HSI mode MAP range 10 Terrain on.

Packs: Off (minimum 30 psi for engine start)

External lights: anti collision, wing on and wheel off.

Ground Call: Remove all ground equipment and pushback.

Start Up:

IGN: L or R as needed. GRD, N2 25%, Fuel Idle.

L and R Engine Generator Busses: Both On (maximum 125A)

L and R Packs: Both AUTO.

Bleed Valve: APU off.

APU: Off.

Taxi:

Pilot Heat: On

Anti Ice: As Needed.

Cabin Control: set flight altitude, cabin altitude and land altitude. Mode AUTO and FLT.

Engine Start: Both Off.

External Lights: Taxi on.

Front Panel: Set flaps as needed for departure. Set auto brake RTO. Set TRIM as needed for departure.

Controls: Perform check.

Park Brake: Off.

During Taxi: Do not exceed 15 knots in turn, 30 knots straight.

Before Takeoff:

External Lights: Landing, Strobe on and taxi.

Engine Start: Both CONT.

MCP: Auto throttle arm on. Verify flight directors on.

TCAS: TA/RA.

Verify: IAS, Heading, Altitude, Flaps, Auto Brake, Trim and TCAS.

Takeoff:

Thrust Levers: Advance to 40% N1 wait for stabilize.

Push TO/GA switch.

At VR rotate toward 15 pitch up altitude.

Landing Gear: Up (maximum 235 knots)

After Takeoff:

MCP: Above 400 feet set roll mode LNAV.

FLAPS: retract at minimum flap retraction speed.

Climb:

Engine Start: Both Off.

Landing Gear: Verify UP then set off.

Auto Brake: Off.

Altimiters/QNH: At transition altitude set QNH 2992 or 1013.

Above 10000 Feet.

External Lights: All except Strobe, Position, Anti Collision Off.

Cabin Signs: Auto.

HSI Panel: Set Range and Mode as needed.

Before Descent:

Cabin Signs: On.

Cabin Control: Verify Flight Altitude, Cabin Altitude, Landing Altitude.

Anti Ice: As needed.

FMC Departure and Arrival: Enter Arrival Procedure.

FMC Approach: Set Flap Speed.

MCP: Set initial descent altitude.

Auto Brake: Set as needed.

EFIS panel: Set DH as needed for arrival.

Below 10000 Feet:

External Lights: Landing, Logo and Wing on.

Altimiters: At transition altitude set Altimiter or QNH.

Flaps: Extend as needed.

Before Landing:

Engine Start: Both CONT.

Speed Brake: Armed.

Landing Gear: At glide slope alive set gear down (3 greens)

Flaps: at glide slope alive set 15.

MCP: At glide slope alive set missed approach altitude.

Landing:

Throttle: Retard to idle.

Speed Brake: Verify Extended.

Thrust Reverse: Reverse and 60 knots reduct to idle.

Taxi To Parking:

Auto Throttle ARM: Off.

L and R flight directors: Off.

Flaps: Up.

Auto Brake: Off.

Speed Brake: Retract.

Engine Start: Both Off.

External Lights: Taxi on, Landing Off and Strobe Off.

APU: Start (hold 1 second)
