The new bronze sculptures of 2017 World
Golf Hall of Fame Inductees Henry Long-
hurst, Davis Love III, Meg Mallon, Lore-
na Ochoa and Ian Woosnam have been
installed in the museum’s Shell Hall, with
the next biennial installation of inductees
set for 2019.
“For anyone who has a love of the game,
the World Golf Hall of Fame is a place you
need to visit,” said Cordero, who adds that
$21 admission tickets are good for two days.
While hurricanes knocked down some
300 trees on the TPC at Sawgrass Stadium
Course and Valley Course—closing the Sta-
dium Course for two weeks and the Valley
Course for a week for cleanup—golf fans
won’t see any lingering effects.
“Maybe that was nature’s way of cleaning
up things,” said Jennifer Belisario, director
of sales and marketing at TPC Sawgrass.
“We’re ready for 2018 to be a great year.”
