Dr Cross is presently off work having
undergone hip replacement. We are
grateful to Dr Alex Rose who is returning to
cover her absence.
On-Line Access
Management Changes
We would like to encourage patients to
register for ‘online access’ which is available
via www.patient.co.uk This service currently
offers online appointment booking but will
soon provide a much better repeat
prescription ordering facility (our current
system will be phased out) as well as access
to key information from your medical record.

Richard Hanney is stepping down after 15
years as Practice Manager but will still be
involved in some behind the scenes work.
We are delighted to announce that Sue
Lees will be taking over from Richard. Sue
has worked here for 10 years, most
recently as Assistant Manager, and will be
leading an Admin Team who will be here to
support patients and clinical staff.
