Parent Policies

COMMUNICATION

Parents receive information in several ways, such as, monthly newsletters and emails from the gym.

Check www.GoVictoryCheer.com and the FaceBook page for new updates as well.

FEES

* All scheduled payments are listed in the handbook. All monthly tuition payments are due on

the 1st of each month, and all other transactions are

due on the 15th of each month.

* A credit card or EFT check must be on file for automatic scheduled payments.

* A late fee of $35 will be assessed for all payments made after 5 days past the scheduled payment. Parents and responsible adults will be asked to sign a financial contract. Each person signing the contract is responsible for keeping his / her child's account current.

* Please notify the gym prior to a transaction if you have recieved new financial information in order to avoid paying the late fee.

* Checks over $500 must be submitted in the form of a cashiers check, all checks in the amount under $500 will incure a $5 processing fee. Please make the checks payable to Victory Cheer.

* $500 Contract breaking fee will be processed for any athlete quitting a team or that has been removed from the team after June 15th, 2017.

* Monthly tuition cannot be pro-rated.

* Tuition, Choreography, Camp, and Competition fees are non-refundable.

FUNDRAISING

Occasionally there are opportunities to participate in fundraisers that require effort outside of cheer. Profits resulting from your help will be directly posted towards your account. Any individual outside fundraising needs to be approved through the front desk via email.

PARENTAL SUPPORT

* Your dedication and support is just as important to us as it is to your child!

* We encourage all parents to sit together and support all Victory teams. Parents are also

encouraged to show support by wearing

Victory Cheer clothing to competitions.

* Showing respect to the coaching staff, other teams and hosting organizations is expected, as you are there representing Victory Cheer and your child.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

* Should an injury or illness occur, it is the responsibility of the parent to provide the front desk with an evaluation of the athlete's injury or illness status. A release from a doctor is required prior to returning to practice or other activities

if a serious injury occurred.

* Team placements can change at any time

* Please keep your opinion about practice and routine construction to yourself. Allow the staff to make the decisions they feel are best for the team.

* No one is to yell accross the floor from the viewing area.

* You cannot create or sell your own

VC merchandise without permission by the program director.

* Practices can be closed at any time.

* Withholding your child from practice or competitions cannot be used as a form of discipline. This is unfair to the team.

* Victory Cheer should be your primary extra curricular commitment. Absenses due to other activities are NOT excused.
