To that end, I would like to propose five
counter-intuitive ideas that are likely to
affect the practice of law in the next ten
years. Some of these ideas have come out
of the Bar’s work on the future of the legal profession. Others are simply educated
guesses based on what others have developed. Each is free to be exploited (“Steal
