One of the ways lawyers can help the Foundation is to make sure that their client trust
accounts are with the institutions that pay
the highest rate of interest. The list of honor roll members is available on our website
and is published regularly in the Vermont
Bar Journal. If your IOLTA account is with
a bank or credit union on the honor roll,
please let them know that you appreciate
their participation in the program. It is important to do this regularly because they
are often under pressure from their out-ofstate head offices to cut the interest rates
on IOLTA accounts; they need to know that
