We Know the Local Market
In 1951, our father Osvaldo Verani came to the United States from Italy in search of a better life.
Beginning as a worker in the mill yard in Manchester NH, he had a vision of someday becoming
an entrepreneur and owning his own business. In 1960, he opened his first business, Verani’s
Italian Restaurant which later became one of the most well known dining establishments in the
Greater Manchester area.
The relationships he had built and his passion for providing quality customer service, he then
started Verani Realty in 1967 and laid a solid foundation for growth. It was a time when most
transactions were face to face, when his personal touch won him a loyal customer base, and his
hard work helped others find or build the house that would become their home.
He framed his philosophy on the principles of mutual respect, trust, customer service and
quality. We continue to reflect his philosophy today through providing you with a higher standard
of quality, customer service and employing dedicated professionals who strive to exceed your
expectations.
Our mission is to be a strong company that provides a quality and professional real estate
service with a balanced approach and progressive attitude. We believe that by bettering the
