Plan ahead during the busy season and book your Venetian Golf Club tee times online from your computer or mobile device! ON THE MEMBERS WEBSITE 1. Log in to the Members website at www. venetiangolfandriverclub.com If you need assistance logging in to the Venetian Golf Members website, click the “Need Login Help” link on the login page or contact Beverly Wilson at [phone] or [email protected] 2. On the Members website under the “Golf” section, select “Tee Times.” 3. Enter the date, time and number of players to search for available tee times. 4. Click the blue “Book” button to book your preferred date and time from the available options. 5. Make sure to enter the name for each player in your group, by clicking the “Actions” button for each player on the reservation. 6. Click the “Finish Booking” button. 7. You and the players in your group will receive an email confirmation. USING THE SMARTPHONE APP 1. If you have not already downloaded the “Venetian Golf Club” smartphone app, please see Page 3 of the newsletter with instructions. Upon downloading the app, you will only log in the first time—no subsequent logging is in necessary. 2. Open the “Venetian Golf Club” app on your smartphone and tap on “Tee Times.” 3. Golf Course Maintenance As we move into the cooler months, the grass will start to slow down. While this is good for our machinery, it is not good for our traffic areas. With that in mind, we ask for your help in being mindful of where you drive while you’re out playing a round. Please try to stay 30 feet away from greens and tees. We try to keep the golf course as clean as possible in reducing the amount of stakes used to help with the general aesthetics of the golf course, and help us mow and get off the course quickly to avoid any disruption or delay to your round of golf. Monday Golf Schedule Effective December 10 Monday Golf Schedule Effective December 10 Starting Monday, December 10, the Monday schedule will change from a 12:00pm shotgun to tee times starting at 10:03am. The change in schedule is to accommodate the needs of the golf course over the winter months. We are planning to verticut, roll and topdress greens bi-weekly, and fertilize greens on the Mondays in between maintenance. The new schedule will also allow us to maintain better teeing areas by providing time to fertilize tees, slopes and collars on alternate weeks, and address any other issues or concerns.
