ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATES Venetian Golf Club Mobile App Venetian Golf Club is pleased to announce that our Club’s mobile app may be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play! All of the same website features you’re used to are available on the app, with the added benefit of a one-time only login. The app will remember you and you will remain logged in. From the Venetian Golf Club mobile app, you may: • Make reservations for tee times, special events and dining • View and pay your statement • Access the Venetian Golf Member directory • See what’s coming up at the Club on the event calendar • Post your score online How to Begin 1. Download the mobile app: 2. When you open the app the first time, you will log in using the same username and password you use to access the Venetian Golf Club Members website. After your first log-in, the app will remember you going forward--no subsequent log-in is required. Online Dining Reservations Make your dining reservations online at Venetian Golf Club from your computer, mobile device or the Venetian Golf Club app—any time day or night. Dining reservations open 30 days in advance. Upon making a dining reservation, you and your guests will receive an email confirmation. 1. On the Members website or on the app, click “Online Dining Reservations.” 2. Indicate the date you’d like to dine. All available times will appear in green. 3. Select the time you’d like to dine. 4. In the booking window, indicate the number of adults and children in your party. 5. Add the names of those in your party in the Patron fields 6. If you need to, add a note to Venetian Golf Club or to those in your party in the “Comments” box at the bottom of the booking window. 7. When you are finished, click the “Make Reservation” button at the bottom of the window. View, Update or Cancel a Dining Reservation If you need assistance with logging in to the mobile app, please contact Beverly Wilson at [phone] or [email protected]. To view, update or cancel a reservation, click the “My Reservations” tab on the “Online Dining Reservations” page. You may edit and cancel reservations from this list by double-clicking on the reservation. The Venetian Golf Club mobile app supports the following devices: Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iOS 8.0 or later, Android devices with 4.4.2 or later. Newly Expanded Text Message Alert Program at Venetian Golf Club! Our Venetian Golf Club text messaging alert program has been a success in communicating alerts on golf course conditions. We are happy to share that we will be adding more features to our text message alert program as an added convenience and to further improve communication with our Members. Venetian Members may opt in to receive alerts for any of the following: • Golf Course Conditions: rain-outs, cart-path only updates, hazards, delays, etc. • NEW! Facility Updates/Closings: updates or closures for pool, dining, outdoor dining, tennis courts, fitness room, etc. • NEW! Emergency Weather Conditions: hurricanes, floods, etc. To opt in to receive text message alerts, please complete the steps outlined below. 1 - Mobile Number Registration Process • Visit the My Profile page on the website. • Below your email address, next to “SMS Address,” click “Edit.” • Select your cell phone service provider in the drop-down menu and enter your 10-digit phone number (no spaces or dashes). • Within seconds, you’ll receive a confirmation code via text message on your mobile device. • Enter the confirmation code into the dialogue box on the website to complete the registration of your phone number. 2 - Opt In To Receive Text Messages Once you have completed the above steps to register your mobile phone number, opt in to receive text messages from Venetian Golf Club: • On the right side of the My Profile page under “Opt-In Groups,” put a check in the box(es) for the types of text message alerts you’d like to receive. • Click the “Update Opt In Groups” button to save your changes and complete enrollment in the text messaging program. Text Confirmations for Online Reservations When registering your mobile number on Venetian Golf Club’s Members website, you will also receive immediate confirmations when making your reservations online for Club events and dining reservations!
