Rogue Valley Door’s plant features 350,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities on 16 acres in Grants Pass, Oregon, where we
do everything from slicing raw lumber to shipping out finished doors.
The entire process of creating our beautiful, hand-crafted doors happens here. We design and build doors here. We pre-hang
and pre-finish doors here. We slice, dry and splice veneer for our panels, stiles and rails here. Virtually every part of every door
we make is constructed right here.
Our plant is home to a tradition of craftsmanship, providing us with the capabilities to be America’s largest builder of wood doors.
