When dropping off your items for review, you are asked for your cell number so they can text you the amount they will pay you for your no longer used items. No rush, no waiting around the store, no amount of time dedicated to just selling your clothes.
Safer then Craigslist, quicker then waiting for a sale, and you can choose cash or store credit!
This store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the kids love the fire engine play area while I enjoyed the flat screen tv and couch while my tweens tried on arm loads of clothes.
