A message from VC Management...
It is extremely important to place your delicates, (socks, undergarments, etc) in garment bags when washing them. These items will most likely become lodged in the motor in the washer, causing them to malfunction or break.
Do not use objects to prop open exterior doors. We want every resident to feel safe, and avoid giving non-residents access to the building.
Do not stuff pillows and/or comforters/quilts into the washers. These stackable washer/dryer units are designed to save space and cannot withstand these heavy items.
Please refrain from riding and parking Bird or Lime scooters in the parking deck. We want to ensure that everyone using the deck is safe. Additionally, do not bring the scooters into the building.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in this community. If reported, residents will be fined.
Use the bike racks to store and lock your bikes. Do not use light poles, trees, or sidewalk guardrails. We want the curb appeal of VC to be top notch for our residents!
Remember you are on camera! Any damage or vandolism will result in a fine, and will be reported to university student conduct.
