Keeping the Villa Charities Community Safe The on-site operations at Villa Charities and Columbus Centre will reopen following the phased approach as directed by the Government of Ontario and local public health authorities. While we are excited to welcome each and every one of you from the Villa Charities community back, we fully recognize that a great deal needs to be in place before it’s “business as usual.” We believe it is our responsibility to provide a safe environment for all. Our top priorities are: • To provide a safe working environment for our staff, • To ensure service to our customers and partners in a safe and responsible manner, and • To do our part in preventing the further spread of COVID-19. Therefore, our operations have been modified to meet all public health guidelines and occupational health and safety requirements. As a result, services and programs have been impacted as we adjust to the province’s phased approach for reopening the economy. We’re happy to share this “New Protocols and Procedures” digital guide, where you’ll find a summary of what patrons, visitors, tenants and staff can expect as our on-site operations resume, and the measures we have put in place to keep the Villa Charities community safe while enjoying our programs and services.
