Swindon Town Centre, June 15 After arriving bright and early into Swindon we were greeted by two fantastic members of The Puffin Hut team, ready to begin their first day on the bus. As the weather picked up, so did the activity on the bus and we had lots of smokers coming on board to swap their figs for vape starter kits. We must have given out more than 30 starter kits throughout the day and that was a joy to see. Vape Collective 2, Doncaster, June 9 – 10 Thankfully we enjoyed a gloriously warm and sunny June weekend at Vape Collective. The Vapouround Bus really stood out and looked fantastic at the very front of the pitch. There were approximately 40 to 50 vendors who attended from all over the UK.The booths were basic, but this goes hand-in-hand with being at an outdoor location without power and flooring. The stripped back approach perfectly suited the chilled- out festival vibe and everybody had everything they needed for a great weekend. There was a very social aspect to this event which was great and different to other exhibitions that I have been to. Vape Collective was a charity event and the proceeds were donated to Tommy’s Children’s Charity. All in all, this was a pleasant and social event and it’s a pity that more people didn’t get to experience it. VM18 | 165
