The booths looked great too with many exhibitors going to great
efforts to show off their company to this new market. The one
negative for me was the blaring music from the stage area as well
as people’s individual booth music. The loud music from some
stands meant it was near impossible to do business or even hear
what was being said.
Day two opened with another sudden rush of people and with the
first three hours being B2B only – some serious business could
be done. There was a good B2B turnout, and everyone seemed
happy at the business they were doing. The consumer part of the
day seemed to be a bit slower than the previous day, but it was
kind of nice to have a steadier day on day two.
This was definitely the surprise of the year for me and I can’t wait
for the next one. VapExpo has proved that there is a great market in
Spain, and I would urge any brands who are exploring this market
to act now as it is on the up in a big way.
Finally, Vapouround is proud to announce that off the back of this
show we have teamed up with a Spanish magazine and will be
launching Spain’s first dedicated vaping magazine, Vapouround
Spain, in September.
I would like to say a big thanks to the organisers of this wonderful
show and congratulate them on a job very well done and an expo
that has the capability of growing enormously in the coming years.
Watch this space and make sure you mark this one off on your
calendar next year.
