the T.V.L mod
First impressions
From opening the package the T.V.L
mod and cap came protected in a nice
Mod case.
It is a Single 18650 hybrid mechanical
mod with a 24mm diameter.
Looking at the mod up close, it’s clear
that quality materials have been used.
The mod itself is made from oxygen
free naval brass with a black cerakote
coating. The Mod came clean and
polished and there were no signs of
machinery oil or burrs. It is well made
and has a strong durable feel to it. The
cerakote coating not only looks good,
but it makes the feel of the mod really
pleasant giving it a nice “grippy” feel.
The button has a unique and innovative
design insuring that you get no battery
rattle once screwed on. The button
protrudes from the mod; even without
a locking ring, due to a nice strong
35lb spring it has not auto fired while
standing the mod up on the table or fired
while in my pocket. The spring is also
upgradable to magnets however I have
not seen the need for it as I have not
once experienced a hot button or any
accidental firing. The button also has
hidden vent holes giving the mod ample
battery ventilation.
Overall Opinion.
From using this mod every day since
receiving it, I can confirm that it is a very
hard hitting mod. During a voltage drop
test it showed a very minimal voltage
drop giving you almost 100% every time
you fire this mod. During the stress test
the T.V.L performed exceptionally well.
Even with super sub ohm builds the
mod showed that it could clearly handle

this mod as it clearly shows that it has
been manufactured to a high standard.
Although it comes with a slightly hefty
price tag for most people, the quality
shows it’s worth it. Great design, hard
hitting and durable, what more could you
ask for?
Would I recommend this product?
Absolutely, the mod performed well even
with competition builds on it. So whether
you are an enthusiast vaper or compete
in clouds or tricks, I can assure you that
you will not be disappointed with
this mod!
