“EMPLOYEES SUPPLYING VAPE
PRODUCTS WILL IN MOST CASES
HAVE FOLLOWED A SIMILAR
PATH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
THEY MAY HAVE SUFFERED
HEALTH AND FINANCIAL
PROBLEMS AND WILL ALMOST
CERTAINLY HAVE SEEN FRIENDS
AND FAMILY SUFFER FROM THE
SIDE-EFFECTS OF SMOKING.
WHO BETTER TO HELP
A SMOKER QUIT THAN
SOMEONE WHO HAS
SUCCEEDED IN DOING SO?”
it is. We are united by having broken free from the deadly grip of
cigarettes. Employees supplying vape
products will in most cases have
followed a similar path to their
customers. They may have
suffered health and financial
problems and will almost
certainly have seen friends
and family suffer from the
side-effects of smoking.
Who better to help a
smoker quit than
someone who has
succeeded in doing so?
There is considerable disparity in
funding for smoking cessation services
across the EU, ditto availability and
cost-effectiveness of medication.
Informed and compassionate vape shop
staff throughout the 27 countries included
in this study have helped to level the playing
field and further establish e-cigarettes as a
credible and effective way
to stop smoking. It may take
a few years, but the prospect
of e-cigarettes overshadowing
traditional nicotine
replacement initiatives
Wacross the EU is a
very real one.
