CANNOCK TOWN CENTRE TOUR | 1ST DECEMBER 2017
The first day of December saw us back in the
West Midlands, something of a second home
for the bus of late, having touched down in
Lichfield a few weeks before and welcoming
thousands of vapers at the Vaper Expo UK
at the end of October.
With a light frost carpeting the ground, we set up shop beside the
busy market square with our vape box fully stocked with juices
and plenty of goody bags ready to hand out.
We were all set for a busy day and the first of many visitors to
introduce himself to us was Daniel, a 19-year-old who said he had
already been smoking for many years and would still be doing so
if it had not been for vaping.
He said a friend had recently introduced him to vaping and since
then he had not touched another cigarette.
“I actually started smoking when I was still at school – not all the
time but older kids who did it would sometimes let me have a
drag on their fags. But now that’s all behind me. I already feel a
lot healthier.
“ I consider it a lucky escape for me so I am really pleased that
there is something like the Vapouround bus which goes around
the country to show smokers - especially young smokers - that
